The background screening analyst is a general operations role which requires a good phone manner and strong attention to detail.
When individuals apply for new jobs they are often required to undergo a background check. Our background screening analysts facilitate these background checks for employers across the globe. This could include checks like criminal record checks education verifications and employment references. In dealing both with our clients and their employees you will need to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of customer service at all times. We conduct checks for some very prestigious clients on a global basis so an excellent command of the English and French language and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must.Working hours are from 3pm11pm SAST
Requirements
Some baseline experience: Worked in customer service or a call center environment previously for a minimum of one year.
A team player focus: You care more about the name on the front of the jersey than the name on the back. Were looking for people who take pride in delivering their own work but also lifting up those around them and contributing to team goals.
A desire for growth: Coachable individuals who want to learn want to grow and want to build their careers with catch.
A bit of zen: Sometimes customer service queries can be challenging. Patience and empathy towards customers in difficult situations is a must.
