Job Description
On behalf of our client a high growth renewable developer we are looking to hire a Senior Associate to join the Investment and Transaction team.
The Role:
- Play a key role in preparing and managing and executing transactions including managing the DD process.
- Optimise the current and future pipeline in terms of asset divestment /investments joint ventures partnership opportunities and project financing.
- Work closely with the financial modelling team to develop and maintain financial models forecasts and analysis to support negotiations.
- Collaborate with a multi functional deal team across legal technical and finance to deliver commercial success for each asset/portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Finance Business Economics or a related field; CFA MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 57 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions.
- Excellent financial modelling capability and proficiency using financial data.
- High level of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

ACA, CFA or other Accounting/Finance Qualification along with 3-4 year's relevant experience Strong excel or financial modelling skills. Excellent commercial mindset with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in managing a demanding workload, including a prioritising of short and long term deliverables. Renewable energy or Infrastructure experience desirable.
