What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage various tax projects for clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform tax compliance for individual and business clients including preparation planning and projections
- Review and provide insight on complex tax returns applying deep tax knowledge to support optimal outcomes
- Conduct tax research and respond to tax inquiries managing resolutions and correspondence
- Supervise accounting processes financial reporting and related client services
- Guide and mentor junior team members fostering professional growth and a highperforming culture
- Collaborate with partners on strategies for client growth and operational improvements
Experience you will need:
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years in public accounting with a strict focus on tax returns for at least 3 consecutive tax seasons
- Proficient understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with a detailoriented approach to problemsolving
- Experience with tax compliance risk assessment and internal controls
- Skilled in accounting software and financial systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
