Job Description
Open Position: Level 3 Windows Engineer (MNC IT Company)
An MNC IT Company is currently hiring for Level 3 Windows Engineer in the Selangor office to support and manage the Active Directory Windows 10 Office365 and Virtualization platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good experience in supporting and administrating Windows and Virtualization Technology Platforms such as Active Directory Citrix Windows 10 Office365 and etc
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Networking Security Server Storage and Virtualization platform such as Citrix VMWare Azure and etc
- Good experience in change request and incident management process with ability to identify areas of improvement implementing bigfix and etc
- Experience in writing batch and automation scripts using VB PowerShell Perl and etc
- Good technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve Technical IT issues
- Having professional IT Certifications such as IT MCSA MCSE CCNA CCNP and etc would be added advantage
- A team player and comfortable working in a diverse team culture based environment
