Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions particularly in Sales and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered 5 Salesforce projects demonstrating expertise in complex integrations with various systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Architect and design Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions aligning with business goals and technical requirements.

Lead integrations with diverse systems using APIs middleware and other tools.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable highquality solutions.

Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices across Salesforce implementations.

**Qualifications:**

Overall 15 years of IT experience and 5 years as a Salesforce Architect.

Proven track record of implementing 5 solutions in Sales and Service Cloud.

Strong knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi custom API integrations).

Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
