Job Description
Toprated Exteriors Home Improvement company looking to add a Exteriors Department Head to its awardwinning project field team in the Wauwatosa WI area.
Location: Office in Wauwatosa WI servicing the greater Milwaukee WI community (office and field project work supervision required)
Compensation: $90000 to $110000 or higher total annual earnings expected ($60000 to $75000 base salary plus production bonuses and sales commissions)

EXTERIORS DEPARTMENT HEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all Field Managers and their activity on a daily basis
- Ensure all activity is tracked/documented using internal procedures
- Assign Field Managers to appropriate projects
- Provide Sales Manager/Director of Production updates
- Ensure all staff follows Field Managers and Department Head SOPs
- Customer Service
- Assist Field Managers as needed
- Reports to the Director of Production/Production Manager
EXTERIORS DEPARTMENT HEAD REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of handson Exteriors (Roofing/Siding/Windows) experience required
- Roles: Site Manager Installation Manager Foreman Superintendent Carpenter Expeditor or similar
- Proficient in asphalt/shingle roofing; familiarity with low slope flat roofing and TPO is a plus
- Ability to take measurements and diagnose leaks and problem areas
- Experience in material ordering
- Proficient in Excel
- Good computer and phone skills; ability to document project updates and photos using AccuLynx
- Can lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials)
- Willingness to travel to job sites within a 45mile radius
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Honesty and professionalism
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
- Clean driving record (company truck provided)
