Job Description
Our client is a Next Gen luxury brand from Italy with over 100 stores globally.
Now were seeking a talented graphic designer store based with sketching skills to join their 1st store in Greenbelt Manila.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilise artistic abilities to deliver an instore experience focused on customer satisfaction by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience
- Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the companys brand and values
- Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customisation options
- Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customised customer service
- Cocreate special and unique items through the LAB Experience
- Proactively stay informed and uptodate on product information
- Strictly follow companys procedures policies and guidance for all activities including cocreation
- Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed
- Act as a Sales Associate when not on tour or cocreating (i.e. selling on the floor pre and after sales activities stockroom client reach out)
Job Requirements:
- Possess an artistic skillset Skillset needs to be elevated and demonstrate a level of craftsmanship
- Selfmotivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Good customer focus with strong presentation interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
