Job Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings events and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and other documentation as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Maintain confidential department files/records.
- Prepare and edit reports memos and presentations.
- Handle other administration duties.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a secretarial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detailedoriented and organized.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Able to travel for meetings.
