What Youll Do as Our Program Director
In this influential role youll have a direct hand in designing implementing and managing programs that align with Axionovas strategic vision. Your contributions will shape how we operate innovate and achieve success on every project. Heres what youll oversee:
Program Strategy & Execution: Lead the development execution and refinement of programs to drive our mission and goals.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor program staff ensuring effective planning problemsolving and highquality execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with funding partners organizational stakeholders and clients to amplify program reach.
Resource Optimization: Prepare and manage budgets ensuring programs run efficiently and within scope.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate program success identify growth areas and implement improvements.
Marketing & Awareness: Collaborate on strategies to enhance program visibility and impact.
Organizational Integration: Work closely with senior leaders to ensure seamless integration of programs across Axionovas departments.
What Were Looking For
Youre a natural leader driven by results and motivated to inspire your team. Heres what youl need to thrive in this role:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in program management preferably within engineering infrastructure or construction.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strategic Vision: Strong track record of aligning programs with organizational goals.
Financial Acumen: Experience in budget preparation forecasting and resource management.
RelationshipBuilding: Demonstrated success fostering partnerships with funders stakeholders and external organizations.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as program needs demand.
