- Lead technology risk governance initiatives that directly influence the organizations risk management strategy
- Drive the development and implementation of controls that protect billions in assets
- Partner with senior leadership to shape risk management policies and frameworks
- Spearhead process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation

- Build and maintain critical relationships across technology business and risk teams
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of excellence in technology risk management governance or audit roles
- Experience assessing and documenting controls particularly in financial services
- Strong analytical abilities with a talent for investigating and resolving complex issues
- Advanced communication skills for engaging with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Professional certifications such as CIA CISA CISSP or CRISC (or actively pursuing)
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to drive positive change and process improvements
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
