We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Manager Abdominal Transplant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and clinical functions of the Abdominal Transplant unit ensuring highquality patient care.
- Collaborate with the transplant team to deliver exceptional care throughout the transplant process.
- Guide and mentor the nursing staff fostering an environment of professional growth and clinical excellence.
- Manage and coordinate patient care specifically focusing on kidney transplant patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards state regulations and patient safety protocols.
MustHave Qualifications
- Active RN Texas License or a multistate compact RN license free of stipulations or disciplinary actions. Candidates with board actions must disclose them during the Recruiter phone interview.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
- At least 3 years of Kidney Transplant Coordinator experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
- An updated accurate resume with clear job history dates and units worked reflecting a proven track record of consistent work history (not frequent job changes without explanation).
