Conveyancer to join their Chilliwack office. As part of their real estate team this role offers a valuable opportunity for someone experienced in residential real estate transactions to grow within a wellestablished firm.
Role Overview:
The conveyancer will handle a variety of responsibilities including administering residential sale purchase and mortgage files from start to finish conducting client and vendor communications and working closely with colleagues on file progress and allocation. This position also offers mentorship opportunities as you’ll be supporting and training junior team members.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Five or more years in a legal assistant or paralegal role specializing in residential real estate transactions.
- Education: LAA or Paralegal certificate/diploma from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency: Strong document production skills including experience with MS Word/Excel Outlook BC Online MyLTSA and eConvey.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle a high volume of files with accuracy and thoroughness.
- TeamOriented: Willingness to work independently while collaborating with the team and taking initiative.
- Professional Communication: Ability to correspond professionally with clients colleagues and external contacts.
