Upgrade Consulting and Training on behalf of its client Hatzopoulos S.A. a leading company in the production and trade of flexible packaging materials is looking for an experienced Account Manager B2B (Frenchspeaking) to join their dynamic team in Kalochori Thessaloniki.
Tasks
- Management of existing customer portfolio and development of sales network in the designated areas.
- Management of business negotiations with clients.
- Continuous monitoring of the market and competition to identify and leverage new collaboration opportunities.
- Analyze sales and financial indicators to assess client relationship performance and ensure target achievement.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to provide integrated solutions tailored to customer needs.

- Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participation in trade exhibitions and business conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Relevant experience in a structured B2B international sales department will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Teamoriented mindset and effective teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
