Tasks
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager at Sonia you will lead the Applied Machine Learning team managing ML engineers and researchers while driving the development of productionready ML/NLP solutions.
Requirements
Required technical experience and skills:
- Python
- ML frameworks (PyTorch TensorFlow Jax)
- Transformer architectures
- MLOps and ML infrastructure
- Cloud platforms
- Distributed systems
- ML/NLP development (8 years)
- People management (3 years)
Preferred additional experience:
- Largescale ML deployments
- Reinforcement Learning
- Computer Vision
- Automated Speech Recognition

Education:
