Urgent Hiring in a Leading NBFC
Job Positions Available:
- Relationship Officer (RO)
- Relationship Manager (RM)
- Branch Sales Manager (BSM)
Job Details:
- Department: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Vertical: DSA (Direct Sales Agent) and Open Market
- Location: Noida
Compensation:
- RO/RM: Up to 2.9 LPA
- BSM: Up to 4 LPA
Job Responsibilities:

RO & RM:
- Acquire new clients and maintain relationships.
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting home loan and LAP products.
- Drive sales through openmarket channels.

BSM:
- Manage branch operations and lead the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet branch sales targets.
- Foster partnerships with DSAs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Minimum Graduate
- Experience: Relevant experience in the home loan and LAP sector is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication sales acumen and client relationship management.
