Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research : Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Information Architecture : Organize and structure information to create clear and intuitive user flows.
- Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user interface and user experience.
- UI Design : Design visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces including layouts typography and color schemes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and sales teams to ensure alignment on design decisions.
- Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging and effective sales decks and presentations.
- Stay Updated : Keep uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Canva Figma and Miro
- Strong understanding of UX principles including usercentered design information architecture and interaction design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a services company preferably with a focus on data and ML services.
- Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Requirements- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience of 5+ years in Project management roles, preferably within software development projects. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams towards project success. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on business needs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions to complex technical challenges. Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle tools. Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe) are a plus.
