- Drive user acquisition engagement and retention strategies to grow the marketplace.
- Identify prioritize and oversee the development of new features and improvements for the marketplace working closely with the engineering and design teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to inform product decisions and optimize the marketplace experience.
- Build and manage relationships with thirdparty vendors partners and content creators to enhance marketplace offerings.
- Ensure the marketplace is userfriendly and intuitive and provides an exceptional experience for both customers and vendors.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in product management preferably within an ecommerce or marketplace environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Product Management or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work crossfunctionally and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of ecommerce and online marketplace dynamics.
