Job Description

100% Onsite.

This position will troubleshoot existing software configurations and associated interfaces; interact with internal and external customers law enforcement agency partners and thirdparty vendors. It will also provide support for data exchanges including Open Data provide technical support of any critical system change upgrade migration and implementation.


Applicants must have experience in Linux TSQL/SQL Message Queue (IBM MQ) and Shell scripting. Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement Critical Systems and Interfaces. Database development experience is needed as well as writing SQL queries and stored procedures. The responsibilities include those of a systems analyst that must be able to support application and interfaces.


At least 3 years would be preferred and previous experience Supporting and Troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces is a plus.


Bachelors degree in computer science Computer Information Systems Business Administration Mathematics or related field. Other combinations of experience and education which meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
