LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Correctional Facility; Orient OH
cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to join our growing team! We are seeking an experienced LPN.

Requirements of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:
MUST have previous LPN experience
MUST hold a current CPR Certification
MUST hold an active LPN license
Responsibilities of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:
Follow a designated care plan according to patient needs
Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to RNs
