- Must have worked in an international market preferably in the European or USA market
- Market Research: Analyzing global markets to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Client Acquisition: Developing strategies to attract and engage potential international clients or partners.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international clients partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing sales and other departments to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry preferably with a focus on international markets.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with job boards Linkedin and other recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of global hiring trends and cultural dynamics.
