Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Sourcing:

Drive endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.
Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Skill Calibration:

Collaborate with client to understand their specific skill requirements and calibration standards.
Develop and implement effective skill calibration processes to ensure accurate assessment of candidate abilities.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to accurately assess candidate skills.

Client Relationship & Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactively communicate project updates performance metrics and insights.
Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.



Delivery Excellence:
  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment requisitions meeting SLAs and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage recruitment tools and technologies to streamline operations.
