Job Description
- Responsible for a variety of analysis in Finance Business operations and reporting functions to ensure timely and meaningful reporting for decision making. Monitor Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and Management Dashboard for the group of companies.
- Ensure that all projects assigned by the Line Manager of the department are delivered ontime within scope and within budget
- Evaluate processes analyse and interpret data and monitor variances to recommend and implement action plans. Identify trends and assess proposed changes in methods and materials. Streamline tasks completion to ensure more effective use of internal resources and financial resources for increased productivity in compliance with all the companys Policies.
- "Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards. Develop best practices routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Initiatives. "
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans operating instructions and reports. Analyse and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Driving productive meetings across project teams providing recommendations and following up with action items daily.
- Adhere to data collection and management procedures to prepare collect record and input data. Verification of data for accuracy and completeness. Conduct research compile data and produce reports on assigned projects. Maintain records and database by entering verifying and backing up data.
- Improve processes/system and/or implement processes to improve efficiency ensure compliances with law and regulations and ISAE 3402 and ensure annual maintenance of all ISAE 3402 processes
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standard expected and adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Build and maintain accurate and filing system including confidential management files. Ensure proper and timely filing of all records of the Department in a tidy and organised manner for easy reference and retrieval.
- Maintain relations with internal and external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
- Dealing with all stakeholders including internal and external clients coworkers suppliers and service providers. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Ensure data and knowledge transfer from project team to key users during transitional process. Conduct project closure and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Remain well informed on changes in legislation and the financial services environment impacting the industry of the Company
