Position Title: Retail Operations Director (Eng B2/C1)

Job Purpose
The Retail Operations Director is responsible for leading planning and coordinating all retail operations within the organization. This role ensures operational efficiency profitability optimization and an enhanced customer experience by implementing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companys overall goals.
- Monitor progress on operational plans making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Operations Management
- Oversee all logistics supply chain and inventory management functions to ensure efficient and timely operations.
- Drive continuous improvement processes to maximize performance and operational efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and motivate the operations team fostering collaboration across departments.
- Create a positive work environment and promote internal talent development through training and mentorship programs.
- Financial Management
- Oversee the operations budget focusing on cost optimization and increased profitability.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses to track and achieve financial objectives.
- Supplier and Partner Relations
- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strategic relationships to ensure a reliable supply of highquality products and services.
- Establish partnerships that bring additional value to the company.
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Implement quality control and customer service systems to enhance consumer satisfaction.
- Establish policies to ensure consistency and quality across all operations.
- Compliance and Regulations
- Ensure all operations adhere to relevant local and international regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety measures within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA or masters degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 810 years in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in team management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic decisionmaking abilities.
