Are you an extroverted and eloquent professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment We are seeking a Padel and Beach Club Host to be the vibrant face of our prestigious Padel Beach Club at a luxurious hotel. In this dynamic role you will create unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests while blending your passion for hospitality and sport.
What you will bring:
- Exceptional Guest Engagement Skills: Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visitor feel valued and included.
- Court Management Expertise: Facilitate court bookings ensuring smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Event Coordination Abilities: Organize exciting events that enhance the Padel experience and foster community engagement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively convey game rules provide guidance and interact with guests and team members with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Passion for Padel: A genuine love for the sport along with knowledge of its rules and techniques to assist guests in their gameplay.
Minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality sports management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role particularly in a sports or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Padel: Familiarity with Padel as a sport including rules and techniques; certification in Padel coaching or similar is advantageous.
Skills:
- Guest Engagement: Ability to connect with guests and create memorable interactions.
- Court Management: Proficiency in managing court schedules and bookings efficiently.
- Event Coordination: Experience in planning and executing events that elevate the guest experience.
- Game Assistance: Capability to provide guidance on gameplay and rules to enhance guest enjoyment.
- Customer Service Excellence: A commitment to delivering outstanding service at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the club facilities are wellmaintained and welcoming.
- Promotion of Services: Actively promote club services and events to enhance participation.
- Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback to continually improve services offered.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all operational policies and procedures diligently.
