Job Description
Job Summary:
The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring operating and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient and safe operation of all building systems including HVAC lighting power and security. The operator will ensure that all systems function optimally troubleshoot issues and adjust system settings as needed to maintain comfort and energy efficiency within the facility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BMS software and control systems.
- Understanding of HVAC lighting and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret system diagrams manuals and technical documents.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using BMS software and other building management tools.
6 MONTHS CONTRACT (extension as per project scope) IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
