Currently we are partnered with a premier pharmaceutical/biotech organization in Danbury CT in search of a highly talented Manager of Data Governance & MDM.
Job Summary:
Lead the transformation of our clients data strategy by designing and implementing enterprisewide Master Data Management (MDM) and governance frameworks. Youll drive strategic value by placing data at the core of business decisions while ensuring compliance and quality across pharmaceutical/healthcare data systems.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute the enterprise data governance strategy and roadmap
- Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions focusing on healthcare provider (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) data
- Drive data quality initiatives and automation across largescale patient and claims datasets
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align data governance with business objectives
- Build and mentor highperforming teams while driving best practices
- Spearhead integration of advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities
Qualifications:
- Youve developed expertise in MDM and data governance within pharmaceutical/life sciences
- You bring strong technical capabilities in Python SQL and cloud platforms
- Your experience includes working with healthcare data like EMR Claims and APLD
- You excel at translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Youve demonstrated success in implementing data quality frameworks
- Background in computer science IT or pharmacy with relevant industry experience
