Currently we are partnered with a premier pharmaceutical/biotech organization in Danbury Connecticut in search of a highly talented Senior Manager Omnichannel Strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend omnichannel project lifecycles ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive datadriven decision making through advanced analytics and insights
- Configure and optimize omnichannel platforms to enhance customer experience
- Develop and implement training programs for business stakeholders
- Partner with IT and business teams to define and execute strategic initiatives
- Facilitate solution design sessions and capture critical business requirements
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration efforts
Qualifications:
- Track record of successful omnichannel strategy implementation
- Deep understanding of digital analytics and pharmaceutical data ecosystems
- Experience with CRM systems and data platforms (Snowflake experience valuable)
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
