Currently we are partnered with a preferred healthcare provider in Lewiston ID in search of a highly talented Radiation Therapist to join their oncology team.
Job Summary:
Join a Level III Trauma Center where youll play a vital role in delivering lifechanging radiation therapy treatments while working with cuttingedge technology in a collaborative patientfocused environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using advanced technology
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology team members
- Participate in quality assurance programs
- Provide compassionate patient care and education
- Monitor and maintain treatment equipment
- Implement radiation safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Current registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Active Basic Life Support certification
- Strong understanding of radiation therapy principles and practices
- Excellence in patient care and communication
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Previous radiation oncology experience valued but not required
