Job Description

Currently we are partnered with a preferred healthcare provider in Lewiston ID in search of a highly talented Occupational Therapist to join their growing rehabilitation team.

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist youll play a vital role in transforming patients lives by developing and implementing innovative treatment programs that enhance their independence and quality of life. Youll assess functional needs establish measurable treatment goals and create dynamic treatment plans that adapt to each patients progress.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead objective quantifiable assessments of patients selfcare functions
  • Design and implement innovative treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs
  • Evaluate cognitive sensoryperceptualmotor and activities of daily living functions
  • Track and measure patient progress against established treatment goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adapt treatment approaches based on patient response and progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments and progress

Qualifications:

  • Background in occupational therapy from an accredited program
  • Idaho OT license (candidates approaching graduation/licensure may apply)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong patient assessment and treatment planning capabilities
  • Excellence in communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Commitment to evidencebased practice and continuous learning
