We are currently seeking a Italian speaker to join our Portuguese team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in content moderation or a related field. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Position: Content Moderator (Italian) for a consulting and outsourcing/BPO company based in Lisbon.

Job Type: Fulltime onsite.
- Working rotating shift schedule: MondayFriday 8AM10PM

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and regulating content on a social media platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Reviewing user accounts and advertisements that may contain sensitive or inappropriate material.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the content by following established procedures and protocols.
- Collaborating with other team members to address and resolve contentrelated issues.
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving content moderation processes.

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian at a C2 level and English at a B2 level.
- Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills.
- Other: Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content strong problemsolving skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
