For our client a leading player in the insurance sector we are seeking an IT Change & Release Manager. Join a forwardthinking team that focuses on driving digital transformation and operational efficiency within the industry.
Tasks
- Manage the operational change and release process working closely with product owners and service managers both internally and externally.
- Oversee release planning and coordination for large projects ensuring integration with test infrastructure in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Define and continuously improve the release and change processes providing staff training and optimizing tool usage (e.g. Jira Ky2help).
- Take responsibility for preparing and conducting release tests.
- Ensure compliance by overseeing the rollout of previously tested and approved components.
- Continuously develop and enhance test processes and methodologies with a focus on the role of the test manager.
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training in IT with additional qualifications in change/release or test management (e.g. ITIL Scrum ISTQB).
- Extensive experience in change/release management and a strong background in coordinating between business and IT including working with external partners.
- Preferred practical experience in test management.
- Excellent organizational conceptual and communication skills in German with English proficiency as an added advantage.
