Job Description

Our client generates products that make payments easy. Their payments are so easy that they fade into the background and make entirely new kinds of interactions possible. From splitting rent with roommates to paying a friend to say thank you the stories and experiences of their users payments are highlighted and shared in their social feed. As a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) at our client you will be helping customers with inquiries regarding their accounts.

Were looking for customer service agents (m/f/d) who dont require a script to help customers send and receive payments. Someone who can delight with promptness thoroughness accuracy and maybe an occasional pun or two.

Responsibilities

Provide world class customer service.Field support calls chat and emails from users about product offerings.Try all avenues to solve a customers issue but if you cant explain the why with an empathetic earEducate customers on how to use the app to send and receive paymentsWork to continuously learn about the payments industry in hopes of quickly becoming an expertProactively look for ways to improve internal processes

Requirements

Team player (m/f/d) win as a team.Enjoys being on the phone interacting with customersMust be a selfstarter and selflearnerSomeone who enjoys a fast paced yet fun working environmentFluency in Dutch
