Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: Bandung West Java Indonesia

Position Overview: Our client seeks a strategic and dynamic Head of Finance with a strong background in corporate finance. This role is essential for overseeing the financial health of the business and supporting its continued expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO the Head of Finance will play a key role in financial strategy corporate finance activities and operational financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Corporate Finance & Fundraising: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support business growth and expansion. Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting aligning financial goals with company objectives.
• Operational Accounting: Oversee daytoday financial operations including accounting processes and controls ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Ensure efficient cash flow management optimize working capital and maintain liquidity to support business operations.
• Tax Management: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations handle tax planning and reporting.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of finance management experience with a strong foundation in corporate finance and fundraising activities.
• Expertise in operational accounting treasury and tax management.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning and execution.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders across all levels.
