We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a Master’s degree in Psychology from a reputable institution to join our team in a part-time teaching role. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both Arabic and English, and have a proven track record of excellence in their career. The position requires expertise in teaching Psychology and related courses, with a particular focus on undergraduate students.
Candidates must have a minimum of three to five years of teaching experience at the higher education level, demonstrating a deep commitment to student success and academic development. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons that align with course objectives. They will also be expected to evaluate student performance through various assessment methods, provide constructive feedback, and hold regular office hours to offer additional support and tutoring for students who need extra help.
A key expectation for this role is a strong research potential, as the candidate will be encouraged to participate in research initiatives aligned with the University’s priority areas. Furthermore, successful candidates will be involved in course development, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the curriculum, and participating in service activities within the department, college, and university community.
