Contract Period: 11/15/2024 10/31/2025
Work Location: Ridgefield Park NJ
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Digital Business Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting growth initiatives across with a focus on Gen AI and CRM. This role requires strong knowledge and handson experience in CRM email marketing and/or Gen AI as well as a track record of success in program management or business development analyst roles.
Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies and proposals
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute gotomarket motions
Coordinate support proofofconcept efforts to convert to ongoing engagements
Engaging clients on regular basis to identify needs gather requirements manage issues
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business marketing analytics or related field
At least 2 years of working experience in CRM marketing and/or Gen AI in business development or business analyst or other operational roles
Client facing experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Experience with CRM platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketo Eloqua Adobe Campaign etc.
Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and their applications in the digital landscape is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Proven track record of driving results and contributing to business growth.
