5 Yrs. in coding / developing in Contact Center Platforms (Routing/Reporting call flows IVR Conversational AI ChatBots Call Recording WFM etc.)

2 yrs. in Cloud enablement of Contact center solution especially in Migrating from OnPrem to CCaaS Cloud solution.

Experience in AWS Lex & Lambda for the development of ChatBot

4 years of IVR Applications and Advanced Speech Recognition engine

4 yrs. writing code in common programming languages such as NodeJS Java .Net Python

Exp. CI/CD tools such as BitBucket Jenkins AWS Code
IVR,Genesys,AWS Lex,Lambda Expressions
