Required Technical Skills:
Primary Skills:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development including customization configuration and integration of ServiceNow modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting including Business Rules Client Scripts and UI Policies.
- Expertise in Service Catalog Incident Problem Change and Knowledge Management modules.
- Strong understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) architecture and data modeling.
- Handson experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs and automation tools.
Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITBM (IT Business Management) modules.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform.
