Responsibilities:
Utilize ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using SAM toaccurately maintain and update the hardware and software inventory of thousands of laptops.
Utilize ServiceNows SAM Pro module to collect sort analyze and document software
inventories across 10000 end point devices to normalize software assets
Ability to work in a team environment to coordinate efforts to achieve team goals
Critical thinking and strong data analytical skills needed to properly assess software normalization
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification
Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB Change Management and Patch
Management modules
Strong Microsoft Excel and/or SQL experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or military experience
Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role is a plus
ServiceNow SAM Professional Fundamentals Certification or equivalent experience
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
