Job Description

DPL is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Business Development Coordinator to support our business development team and contribute to our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a passion for market research and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Support the coordination and organization of business development meetings including scheduling agenda preparation minutes of meeting and followup activities.
  • Coordinate communication and followup activities to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requests.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of business development activities leads and prospects.
  • Keep the CRM up to date and ensure followups.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing growth and product development to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives.

Strong Organization and Execution Skills:

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of business development activities.
  • Exhibit proactive and effective execution of tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • 01 years of experience in a coordinator role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity and interest in the IT industry.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
