Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Production to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of managing production processes efficiently. As a Manager Production you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules ensuring quality standards are met and optimizing production processes to maximize efficiency and output.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday production activities
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Manage and mentor production staff
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Indepth knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
