Job Description
- Understand the software requirements from the project manager/coordinator / sales executive.
- Check the document received from the PM understand the requirements and get all queries answered before starting the development.
- Produce clean efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and thirdparty programs
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Update daily tasks in the project management tool.
- Ability to learn the new coding language
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or similar role.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to design creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration methods and APIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects.
