Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Picker and Packer team members to join our dynamic warehouse team. As a Picker and Packer you will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing orders to meet quality standards and ensure ontime delivery. You will work closely with a team to help ensure smooth operations in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick orders based on order specifications.
Pack items securely to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment when required.
Meet daily targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse picking or packing role (preferred but not required).
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to lift and carry items as required.
Good communication skills and a positive team player.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if necessary.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
