The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking leisure travel experiences including flights accommodations transportation and activities. The Leisure Travel Consultant will be wellversed in popular travel destinations travel regulations and various travel products and services.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Leisure Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking leisure travel experiences including flights accommodations transportation and activities. The Leisure Travel Consultant will be wellversed in popular travel destinations travel regulations and various travel products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Research and present travel options based on clients needs
- Book reservations for flights hotels rental cars and other travelrelated services
- Provide guidance and support to clients before during and after their travel experience
- Stay updated on travel industry trends regulations and destination information
- Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Proven experience as a Leisure Travel Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations attractions and travel products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Certification or training in travel and tourism is a plus
