The Remote Travel Concierge provides personalized travel planning services to clients tailoring experiences to meet individual preferences and needs. This role requires strong customer service skills attention to detail and an extensive knowledge of travel destinations products and industry trends. Working remotely the Travel Concierge collaborates with clients to curate unique travel itineraries provide recommendations and resolve any travelrelated inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences budgets and needs.
- Research destinations accommodation activities and dining options to provide informed recommendations.
- Manage travel bookings for flights hotels car rentals and other reservations.
- Provide realtime support during clients travels handling adjustments and addressing issues.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel advisories visa requirements and local regulations.
- Communicate professionally and promptly via phone email and chat.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Proven experience in travel planning hospitality or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations industry trends and booking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
