Job Description
Cybersecurity Project Manager Brussels 12 months
Our important client is currently looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager for a 12month contract based in Brussels.
Please find the spec below:
For the Cyber and Information Security Office we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager who is wellversed in managing complex projects and adhering to best practices such as the PM2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and tracking of specific shortterm and longterm projects which have a beginning an end and specified deliverables of projects aimed to increase the security posture like EDR scope extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive and formal project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases from initial development through implementation.
Analyse project cost schedule and utilization.
Ensure project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction security
quality and team member performance.
Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are
achieved.
Meet with vendors executives user community representatives or other
stakeholders to establish project parameters discuss project progress and resolve
issues.
Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.
Lead and motivate the project team to achieve maximum productivity and
performance.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management in the cybersecurity field
Knowledge of PM2 guidelines and standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
PM2 (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
A degree in computer science cybersecurity or a scientific field is advantageous.
Knowledge of statistical methods such as Monte Carlo Analysis is advantageous
Languages: English is a must complemented with either Dutch or French.
