Job Description
- The Deputy Area Manager (DAM) is responsible for acquiring and managing a team of parttime Insurance Managers (IMs) aiming for 67 IM acquisitions annually.
- The role includes supporting IMs through training performance management and operational support ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain highquality standards in business practices.
- After successful completion of one year DAMs may advance to the role of CDM focusing on the Independent Marketing Firm (IMF) journey.
Requirements
Understand the IM acquisition and also IMF regulation value proposition & registration process.
Acquisition of 6 7 IM s in a year independently.
Independently managing a pool of Insurance Managers mapped to them from existing pool in the beginning only.
Post successful completion of 1 year the next level is CDM wherein the focus will be on IMF journey.
Manage performance of IM s
o Develop understanding of products & coach IM staff on product USP s
o Implement performance management and rewards system in IM s.
o Provide marketing training and operational support to IM s
o Manage attrition of IM s through revival or replacement
Drive quality of business sourced from IM s
o Ensure right product mix and control key quality measures such as leakage and persistency.
