Job Description
At STRI we are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer for a Personal Care Manufacturing Company based in Hyderabad. Our clients are manufacturers of natural and sustainable body hair and oral care products.About the role:The Junior Graphic Designer is a key creative leadership role responsible for overseeing the visual and design aspects of the brand. This role involves designing editing and creating visually compelling content across various platforms.The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand identity and play a vital role in enhancing the companys digital and visual presence.Job Description/ KRAs
- Design and Edit Social Media Content: Create and edit engaging social media content including posts stories and ads that resonate with our audience.
- Creative Ownership: Take lead and ownership of all creative requirements at Saka Organics ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and values.
- Presentation Design: Develop visually appealing presentations for both internal and external use maintaining a high standard of design.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
- Assist and Ideate Photoshoots: Provide creative direction during photoshoots ensuring the final outputs are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optional: Assist in video creation and editing to further enhance our digital presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on social media content creation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) with strong skills in designing and editing presentations.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in video making and editing is a plus.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating creativity attention to detail and experience in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Passion: A keen eye for design and a passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Education: A degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field.

Post Graduate or equivalent qualification. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role. Strong leadership and customer management abilities. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
