We are dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients. We are seeking a detailoriented and techsavvy Travel Marketing Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for creating advertising materials for social media websites etc.
Responsibilities:
Tech Proficiency: Utilize travel management software and online booking platforms to streamline the planning process and keep up with industry trends.
Create promotional material (training provided)
Research and book travel arrangements including flights hotels transportation and activities tailored to client preferences
Attend training with suppliers and vendors to become specialized in specific destinations
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless travel experience
Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries expenses and client communications; manage multiple travel bookings simultaneously.
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
Address and resolve travelrelated issues as they arise ensuring minimal disruption to client plans.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Techsavvy with experience using software and online resources.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
Requirements:
Must be 18 and be authorized to work within the US
Must be able to communicate with clients effectively
Must have a computer and smart phone
Experience in customer service or hospitality a plus but not required
