Job Description

As an Observability Engineer you will:
  • Develop and manage observability services for application teams ensuring they align optimally with users workflows.
  • Lead technical integrations with CI/CD pipelines and foundational infrastructure with a focus on Elastic Stack as a central tool.
  • Collaborate with Dev/Ops teams to ensure seamless new deployments and maintain high standards for 24/7 service delivery.
  • Actively contribute to managing monitoring systems such as Elasticsearch Application Performance Monitoring Prometheus and Grafana supporting automated selfservice functionality within the Infrastructure Integration & Cloud (IIC) department.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 4 years of proven handson experience with the Elastic Stack ideally with Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes in complex environments such as utilities or financial institutions.
  • At least 4 years in a similar Observability Engineer role with a strong record of managing and optimizing observability platforms.
  • Experience using Ansible CI/CD tooling and Kubernetes with a proactive approach to automation and reliability.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Work effectively within a crossfunctional collaborative team environment to ensure service quality and reliability.
  • Align observability services with organizational and enduser needs upholding established SLAs.
  • Execute highlevel problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to improving system performance and resilience.
  • Manage and integrate with monitoring solutions to meet evolving operational requirements.
