Job Description
This is a remote position.
MF 9am to 6pm Markham ON Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch
1. Project Management Expertise
Understanding of Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum Kanban or Waterfall depending on the nature of the projects.
Planning and Scheduling: Ability to develop detailed project plans timelines and schedules ensuring all tasks are aligned with the project scope and deadlines.
Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets monitoring expenses and ensuring costeffectiveness.
Risk Management: Skills in identifying potential project risks creating mitigation strategies and adapting plans to avoid delays or issues.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage resources to meet project needs without overextending the team.
2. Technical Knowledge
Basic Understanding of Web Development & Design: Familiarity with web development processes design principles and technologies allowing them to communicate effectively with developers and designers.
Digital Tools: Proficiency in using project management software (like ClickUp Jira DevOps or Asana) communication tools (Slack Microsoft Teams).
TechSavvy: General understanding and comfort discussing the Convergine technology stack: website design and web development cloud infrastructure integrations managed services.
3. Leadership and Team Management
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide small crossfunctional teams. Ensure accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Conflict Resolution: Expertise in managing team dynamics resolving conflicts and maintaining productivity.
Delegation and Empowerment: Skill in delegating tasks efficiently ensuring each team member s strengths are leveraged.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable liaising with clients partners and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and communication is clear.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Clear and Concise Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both in writing and verbally ensuring that technical and nontechnical team members understand project goals and challenges.
ClientFacing Skills: Experience in working directly with clients understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
